- This policy covers how SportsPassion treat User Data that we collect including information related to your use of SportsPassion services. User Data is information about you that is personally identifiable, like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that may be disclosed by you on the SportsPassion site or collected by us in the SportsPassion registration processes and that may not otherwise be publicly available.

- Your User Information on SportsPassion remains under your control, it may be edited or deleted by you at any time. You can also end your SportsPassion membership at any time.
- We will not disclose your User Data to any person or business not owned or controlled by SportsPassion for marketing or other purposes, unless expressly authorized by you.
- SportsPassion will send you emails about the SportsPassion service. We will not send unsolicited marketing emails to you if you withdraw your consent.
- SportsPassion may terminate the registration of any person who has registered with SportsPassion for any breach of the SportsPassion Terms of Use, including the SportsPassion Privacy Policy. If termination is due to a person deliberately supplying false and misleading information to SportsPassion, SportsPassion may take all appropriate steps including but not limited to disclosure of the activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Information Collected by SportsPassion
When you register to become a member of SportsPassion, you submit information such as your name and email address. As part of your personal profile, you will be asked to submit additional information such as age, sports, interests and other content, such as photos and videos all of which we call User Data.
We also collect other non-personally identifiable data, which may include the IP address the computer used to register with SportsPassion and what type of browser you are using, which we call Non Personal Usage Data.
SportsPassions use of your User Data
We will use your User Data to create your personalised SportsPassion page according to the preferences you set via your SportsPassion account.
We may use your email address to contact you from time to time and we may use your email address for security reasons to confirm that you are who you say you are. You can control the type and frequency of certain emails you receive. We may also use the Non Personal Usage Data, like your IP address, to analyse site usage and to customize the SportsPassion sites content, layout and analyse performance of the SportsPassion services, to help us improve our site and to better understand and serve our users.

Use of Cookies and web beacons
