Monday= AM 15km funny farm (hills) PM 30min cross train

Tuesday= AM 30min jog PM Track ie. 20×400m

Wednesday= 70min cross train 95min gym circuit

Thursday= AM 30min jog PM Track ie 5×2km

Friday= 60min run 60min gym circuit

Sat= Funny Farm 10-15km

Sunday= 70 min run
